Rectangular Duct Silencer

Description

Upon request, air handling units can be provided with silencers to reduce noise transmitted through the ducts.

By adjusting the number of baffles, the length of the silencer, and the type of sound-absorbing material, it is possible to meet most of the required noise reductions.

The silencer can be installed internally within the machine or ducted upstream/downstream of it.

Typically, the sound-absorbing baffles are made of mineral wool with an anti-shedding surface.
