National Patent
Air-Soft-Hygiene ducts are micro-perforated ducts with antimicrobial treatment (antibacterial technology). The sheet metal coating process uses a special material with antimicrobial properties.
Air-Soft-Hygiene ducts can be used in many applications where environmental conditions favor the proliferation of bacteria, fungi, and algae. They have a dual action: inhibiting the growth of germs and eliminating those that may already be present.
Tests in compliance with ISO 22196 show a reduction in bacterial colonies of over 99.99% within 24 hours (including Staphylococcus Aureus, Escherichia coli O1257, Legionella, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter Aerogenes, and Enterococcus Faecalis).
The Air Soft Hygiene calculation system increases comfort while maintaining the healthiness of the environment.
National Patent
The system consists of control panels that manage dampers and extractors to adjust the flow in the branches.
A dedicated software allows setting the opening percentage of multiple nozzles on the smoke extraction branches and preconfiguring each numbered nozzle for field installation.
National Patent
The system comprises a flow meter (m3/h) with a dedicated control panel for the F400 extractor.
This system maintains the extracted air flow rate according to the design, based on the smoke temperatures (cold/hot), ensuring correct operation of the SEFFC in all situations while maintaining the air velocity as required by regulations.
European Patent
Superior Availability Stairwell Pressurization System.
The system creates appropriate pressure gradients inside buildings to prevent smoke from reaching protected spaces or escape routes.
Designed and calculated with superior reliability (SIL 2), ensuring increased safety and reliability for a system dedicated to safeguarding human life.
Exclusive National Product
Microperforated channel for HVAC systems (Air Treatment – Hot/Cold), also certified for use in smoke extraction systems SEFFC – UNI 9494-2.
With a single channel, air treatment can be performed in rooms and, in the event of a fire, hot smoke can be extracted.
